The way things are going with the team, i wouldnt be surprised if jeremy came back next season shooting 60% from distance. no jinx.
I just want to point out that other than the the two weeks of linsanity, Lin has never had a defined role on a team in this league... That's right not when Melo came back and not on the rockets last season. The boy is confused.... That is until now. He knows his role now is to make post entry passes, lobs to Dwight and knock down the open three. Now we'll see how transparency and a well defined understanding of what he needs to be will translate mean for his confidence and play.
I never heard one NBA executive state that he was interested in Lin or Ask. Morey has stated three times that there will be no trades. All should ask the question where did this distortion of reality come from. It sounds paranoid to me.
I think that comment by cheke was meant as a joke according to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRG8sEyKmPk (around 0:37) I found that hilarious to be honest, and I'm Asian in case anyone might want to throw the word racist out. Lighten up, it's the Internet.
ehh the Melo thing is overrated. If you look up the stats in games he played with Melo I think he still put up 16 points 7 assists on average with a solid fg% to boot. His role should be simple. He's the secondary playmaker on this team. Harden can't possibly take it from the perimeter every single possession. It's up to Lin to get him the ball, PnR with Dwight and when doubles come, he needs to get ready and pop the 3 or catch and drive when he gets it.
