He never said he'd be the one setting the pick.

Now I'm imagining what a Harden-Howard PnR would look like with Howard as the ball-handler.

SAS is the man, thank god there is at least one good NBA reporter out there other than Woj.

"Howard preached patience in a recent interview with ESPN's Stephen A. Smith, pointing to the fact that Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal needed three years before winning a championship with the Lakers.

But the 34-year-old Bryant, who is averaging 27.6 points per game in his 17th NBA season, is approaching this season with more desperation.

"We don't have three years," Kobe said. "We've got this year.""

You know what? That's complete, utter bulls**t. That is all about Kobe and his legacy. That is NOTHING to do with the Lakers. Howard's assessment is completely on target and realistic. You don't go to a new team and expect a first-year championship. 3 years is entirely realistic. So, F**k the media, F**k Kobe, f**k Kareem, F**K Shaq, f**k Bayless, F**k Gasol, F**k Nash, F**K Magic, and F**k every single Lakers fan that rags on Dwight Howard.

SAS asked some tough questions and I liked that Howard denied nothing.

SAS:"Was it hard to play with Kobe?"

    Howard:"yes"

SAS:"Did you ask for Phil Jackson?"

    Howard:"yes"

I liked that there seemed to be very little spin in his answers, he didn't deny but he explained his point of view. This should be an exciting season of Rockets basketball!

You swing from his nuts, we get it. Now go back to the Dish and pump LBJ some more. You provide no insight to anything Rockets-related, sort of like SAS.

That Harden/Howard pick and roll will be brutal...let's hope they go to it often.

SAS is nothing but a media pawn. Anyone superstar who gives him a 1 on 1 interview will receive positive feedbacks. One thing I have to say about SAS is that he is loyal.

Carmelo used him to repair his image. SAS always defended Melo and everything else that will benefit him on the media front.

This is just a smart move on Dwight to give SAS an exclusive interview.

Image is repaired by going out and dominating and winning. It's not repaired by doing interviews.

Dwight still has a bad image. What he needs to do is go out there and dominate on both ends and lead the Rockets to victories and deep into the playoffs.

Carmelo is still known as a chucker btw.
