Oh so you must be genuine just because you say it? Lol. Who do you think you are? You are faker than a Barbie Doll.
the true questions we should ask are... 1) Is Lin's contract vs player value a net positive/wash/negative 2) Is his value around the league more or less than his value to the Rox 3) Would Lin and his contract impede the Rox from getting that 3rd star
Persoally, I didn't feel the lin signing was made to upgrade the roster. It was a non basketball marketing ploy. The way dragic was playing under mchale,I felt like we got worse for suits. I feel like rockets wanted some fan intrest during the rebuild. Then harden drops in their lap and playoffs are real. I think dragic-harden backcourt would've been great.Throw in parsons and now howard and that's the best 5 in the nba.
Nowadays 6 or 7 or 8 millions is actually normal number for a starting pg. Don't forget Rockets are also paying him for his potentials.
Lin is better than those 3 players and they are getting similar money so he's definitely underpaid. Statistically he may be on their level but he has a better winning % than those other guys. If you wanted to field a winning basketball team and had to choose between those 4, I would take Lin over those career losers anyday.
Yea marion chalmers would fit aka bev if we were the same line up as last year. But dwight changes everyone guys.
I wasn't really advocating getting Chalmers to take Lins place, just trying to point out how stupid it is to say that a single player is better than another player based on there TEAMS winning percentage like that poster was.
