I usually don't take the racial bait, but he's white when he's on trial for killing an African American, but Latino...when exactly?
Huh? Someone shot and killed someone else after following and harassing the person and then getting involved in a fight with the person and you say there was no case? WTF? So you shoot and kill someone (self defence noted) and you get off scot free? It should not go to trial in such a situation? Huh? What shouldn't have happened was the charge sought by the prosecution initially. And it is sad imo that some of you choose more to focus on the media and their bias. We all know the media has their preferences and biases. Letting that affect your moral reasoning is sad imo. The result of this case won't change whatever other unethical activities the media chooses to pursue with regard to other stories.
I'm not the one to defend talla here, but he's strictly saying that there is no case because there was never enough evidence to convict him anyway. Witnesses were all conflicting with each other. Only person who could incriminate Zimmerman at that point was Zimmer himself.
Would you prefer I use the term white hispanic? Bi-racial? What's your preference. We can go with hispanic if you want.
If the prosecution has no case and can't prove otherwise then no it shouldn't go to trial? is this really news to you? Where you under the impression every shooting went to trial? How has it affected my moral reasoning?

Its a tragic situation but I hope morons don't start saying dumb things like "if there were surveillance cameras like CCTV then Zimmer would have been thrown in prison!"
No difference, they're both dumbasses on the subject actually. That's my point, posting ignorance does nothing.
Pretty sure not every shooting goes to trial. The prosecution had a case. Unfortunately their tactics and charges sought let them down. Unfortunately that is life but to say they had no case, I beg to disagree.
