you know it's funny---the court rulings that matter go against you, and in the one that "does" for some strange reason...you blurt out that the president is failing, which is good for America. I dunno, I'd kinda like an explanation on that personally.
There just wasn't enough evidence to convict because witnesses got scared and moved away from the windows and the victim is dead. I dont believe Zimmerman was 100% innocent here. If his gun was in his back, how the hell did trayvon see it? They say the scuffle moved around too. Just like the crimes caught up to OJ, they will catch up to gz. This dude has past domestic violence and anger management.
Perhaps because it is indisputable that he shot and killed an unarmed boy after following said boy and then both getting in a physical altercation. Either way, self defense, stand your ground and sh!tty prosecution job comes out victorious.

I am loving all these 'what do I tell my kids?' comments on twitter. Tell them 6 random strangers, with no ulterior motive, believe he didn't commit the crimes brought against him. real hard.
Everybody who paid attention to this case helped stoke the flames, myself included. Obama isn't unique in that regard.

Sorry about quoting you again but had to answer this. Because it's a case involving a white male(yeah part latino) and a black male. This is America and everything is a racial issue. No matter what you think or want. All one has to do is go on any news website and read comments after the majority of stories and see how everything becomes a racial issue. That's just the way it is unfortunately.
I'm not including guessing as any part of what made up my decision. The jury found not guilty, and I'm fine with that. It isn't what I thought, but that's okay. I'm glad it went to trial.
the prosecution had no case. It should of never went to trial. The media played the race card which forced it to go to trial. Here is a list of the media's crimes:
It has to do with how the investigation and subsequent prosecution was handled. Many felt that because of the races of those involved, that law enforcement was lax in their handling of the case. This subsequently hampered the prosecution's ability to make an effective case, resulting in the verdict we saw tonight.
Fun fact: had they built the case for manslaughter like they should have, and he was found guilty, he likely would've received the same sentence as for murder 2. Good stuff prosecution, good stuff.
