You are talking about degrees of separation between the events. It makes perfect sense, and they don't want to understand it.
THere's just too many questions. We don't know who was screaming for sure. There is testimony that TM was on top of GZ. The forensic evidence supports that. And how can we prove that GZ life wasn't in danger? It's too much. I personally think GZ is a scumbag. But following him and even verbally abusing him, doesn't give TM the right to jump on top of GZ. And that's highly plausible that in fact it did happen. Our court system is designed to make sure we don't put an innocent man behind bars. And the evidence must be strong enough that there's no reasonable doubt. There is reasonable doubt, so I have to say, the dude should walk.
Well, I guess my distaste for GZ was preventing me wrong seeing it. I admit I am human and can be biased. But because any scenario is plausible, he can not be convicted. It doesn't mean he is innocent. But it can't be proven.
