He didn't lie. He opened himself up to charges of lying by telling his story multiple times without counsel. Actually, no retelling of any story is perfectly consistent. Quite frankly lack of inconsistency would be more indicative of a rehearsed and thereby a false testimony.
It's the consistency of details, not the consistency of the manner in which he tells the story. You're ridiculous dude.
I guess Crumptards not only have trouble reading cursive, but they cannot understand a simple phrase like "just as an aside".
He's been essentially consistent and the two most important witnesses in this case (Di Maio (sp?) and Good) support his story.
A racial aside? Do you have any other racial asides you'd like to provide? How about the rate of securities fraud among the races? Or the rate of child molestation among the races? How about the rate of mass murder among the races? Or wait, how about the kill rate of black people by white police officers? Or wait wait, how about the false conviction rate among the races? Oh waiiiiiit... how about the length of sentences for the races involving the same crimes? Just an aside of course because it has so much to do with this trial. Thanks.
Dude, can't you read. It was an ASIDE. gwayneco has established that racial asides are just fine in this thread. Don't you have anything other than nonsense to provide here? EVER?
In 2011 black on black violence killed 2447 people and that is your response? Even for a Crumptard, that's weak.
He's the world's leading expert in his field. His father was also an ME. He grew up on this stuff. He's an absolute rock star in this field.
Is this another racial aside? gwayneco, why are you so invested in the outcome of this trial and the acquittal of George Zimmerman. I'm frankly content with the fact there's been a trial but you seem highly invested in Zimmerman's victory. Why is that? Does that have to do with your whole blacks are a preferred minority thing? Or your weirdo fascination to provide racial asides in this thread? What is it exactly?
Too bad TM didn't have a gun. Then he could have shot and killed GZ and said it was self-defense and it was just stand-his ground.
And he STILL wasn't there. He doesn't know how anything went down and the lynchpin of the entire case is who initiated the confrontation. All he can do is cash his check and try to use his reputation to formulate the most favorable outcome for the defense. What do you think we don't know what guys like him do? Who's naïve here gwayco?
The bottom line is that we do not know what happened during a key part of this encounter and the prosecution failed to erase reasonable doubt about GZ's self-defense claim. Those of you who are so invested in the GZ is guilty narrative are trying to shift the burden of proof to the defense. Sorry, folks, that's not the law.
isn't Good GZ's best friend? Such a credible and reliable witness, who will have no bias whatsoever. I didn't know GZ looked like this after getting beat on his ass.
The fact that he broke the rules of a neighborhood watchman and followed him makes him negligent of dude. He took reckless behavior. And that is the threshold for a manslaughter conviction. Whenever you do something reckless that leads to the death of another, that is the definition of manslaughter. It's not illegal to maintain your house in perfect condition. You might leave things hanging around. Electrical wires and so forth. And if someone gets electrocuted, you can still be convicted for manslaughter if you had been warned that it might be dangerous and lead to someone's death. GZ had been warned not to follow suspicious people in his neighborhood. He was told to let the police handle that. He did not follow that, someone died as a result. He should be convicted of manslaughter.
I'm not invested in anything other than a fair trial. My opinion on the trial is that the prosecution has done a terrible job however Zimmerman is definitely lying about aspects of that night. I think that's a pretty fair assessment. Good luck though buddy, I'ma check in on you after the trial just in case Zimmerman is found guilty. I hope you make it through okay man.
