Lamb looking meh by the way. Not sure what his ceiling is exactly, but it certainly isn't T-Mac. He has a bunch of holes in his game. His best hope is to become a knockdown shooter since KD and Westbrook will get him plenty of good open looks.

Lol at Lamb's interview. Gill and Kamala couldn't understand what he was trying to say. He asked "is this really mines" 3 times before they could decipher what he was mumbling after they gave him a ring for winning the summer league championship.

I really wanted to win this game since it was for the championship against OKC. Then I saw that we didn't play Beverley, Smith, or TJones, while OKC still threw out Lamb for 30 minutes (18 points on 18 shots -- how Rudy Gay of him). Now I don't feel bad at all.

1pt/shot isnt terribly terrible for any position other than point guard

It's not turrible but not optimal, especially considering he was one of the main pieces of a James Harden trade (Harden of course being an uber-efficient offensive player)

You're right, he's more Kevin Martin than TMac.

Uh, yeah, it is. 1 points per shot is awful. Even a player like Rudy Gay, who's pretty much completely mocked as a chucker, gets 1.1 or 1.2 points per shot.

Hopefully Covington's highlights get posted somewhere soon. Looks like he could be another gem find by Morey.

    Lamb

Jeremy Lamb will be a good player, he won't be James Harden, but he will be a 3pt shooter who can score.

    Covington: FG 8-17(47%), 3PT 3-7(43%), FT 2-4(50%), Rebound 5(2 OFF), Steals 4, Assist 1, Blocked shots 1, Turnover 1 in 32:25 minutes of playing.
    Young: FG 7-12(58%), 3PT 1-3(33%), FT 5-8(62%), Rebound 2(1 OFF), Assist 1, Turnover 3 in 27:20 minutes of playing.
Both are worth a spot on the RGV team.
