    Your reaction?

So, this scenario is very possible this upcoming free agency period next summer in 2014. I don't think this trio would work THAT WELL together, but hypothetically speaking, do you think this would be the best team in the league by far?

Hypothetically, if they have 4 balls to go around, it might just work. 1 for Melo, 1 for Lerb, and 2 for Kirby.

Why in the world would this be the best team in the league by far? I'd rather have Wade and Bosh than Kobe and Melo.

BTW, they've already all been on the same team before, plus a whole bunch of other stars... and the Gasol brothers gave them a run for their money.

Kobe, LeBron, and Melo all on one team together....Will never happen.

I think the Lakers have a better chance at getting Love more than anything...but he expires I think three seasons from now so that's a long time to wait.

I might stop watching basketball if this happened. I really wish Lebron, Howard, Bosh, Paul, Melo, Amare and Williams all stayed on there teams. The league would be much more even and fun.

Getting Howard is awesome but really, this hole superstar ring chaser bull**** sucks and its ruining basketball IMO.

I would love to see the fighting that will occur with these players playing together, Kobe going for his scoring record, Anthony ball hogging like always, while their best player will not get enough touches. Any team with Lebron will be a contender, but Kobe and Anthony are 2 of the worst compatible superstars you can choose.

I do not see this happening. This is a terrible thread, are you trying to lose your thread posting privilege? If so you are doing a great job.

Some people are still overestimating the power of the Lakers. With the current front office, MDA and their terrible roster the Lakers are not as attractive as they were in the past. The Dwight saga should tell you that the big FA's are not keen on playing for that franchise. I think there biggest FA possiblities are Love and Aldridge, but that's it. Maybe Melo, but face it, they won't win sh** with him.

Their glorious days are over, they'll face some pretty mediocre years.

Oh sh**, I wrote "there" instead of "their", the thing I most hate about other people. At least I can say I just woke up and it's my second language, so my brain just went by the sound of the word.

Why would he lose the privilege to make threads over this? It's not that serious.

Nonsense, Lebron is going to Cleveland.

    Kyrie, Waiters, Lebron, Thompson, Bynum.

If Bynum stays healthy, sick lineup.
