Interesting, that could be trouble for GZ - but I still think he walks. The prosecution's case has just been too weak. It's interesting to think about though - what would you do if someone was following you on a cold dark night? Fight or flight is one of the most primal of our instincts. I may have made the choice to fight as well at TM's age.
Lets see... case not going the way the prosecution had hoped. Let's add another charge right before the defense rests. The whole point of knowing what you are charged with is so your defense can defend those charges. This trial should be declared a mistrial. Not only that but badgering a defendant to testify is way out of bounds and never done in open court. The defense and Zimmerman are getting a railroad job at all costs, but there are plenty of problems that will result in a higher court vacating any decision here. Don't defend yourself in Florida with deadly force, at least if your white Hispanic...take your beating.
This trial never was about justice. It was a set up from the start, and the judge is going to do everything she can to get a conviction. The prosecution has been able to bring up George's past, but the defense could not bring up Trayvon's violent tendencies. Remember there has to be a conviction to save face for Obama who said, "If I had a son he would have been just like Trayvon," a 17 year old mar1juana using thug.

Miami’s police union believes almost too coincidental. “It’s very coincidental that it’s falling at this time.” Javier Ortiz with the Fraternal Order of Police said. It wasn't Iced Tea, it was Arizona brand Watermelon juice and mixed with skittles is a known combination when drinking lean. Even his toxicology report shows evidence of past abuse.

I am not posting it as my own. I have stated numerous times that I am posting news stories that I find. I post the complete post as is found. I don't change any wording but post it verbatim.
