It's a true statement. Dwight leaving will improve their chemistry because now an inept coach wont have to struggle to find a way to utilize a high percentage interior scorer. And fans wont care how many minutes or how well Pau or Kaman do since they're not under the same microscope. Congrats D'antoni - lowered expectations!
When it comes to team chemistry, it might improve. However, when it comes to winning basketball games, they clearly lose out. However, Kobe will get to run that team into the ground for the next 2 seasons, and there will be nobody there to question him which is all Lakers fans want. That organization and that fanbase is completely gutless, and it's showing.

free throws Can I suggest a physical for Dwight? Please practice making 1000 free throws and please record the whole session.
I noticed that. It's not like he isn't putting in the work, or is the only player to not have a huge disparity between "practice and games." Look at Blake's numbers, which I would never have guessed. Heck, whoever helped the Chuckwagon improve should get with Dwight. I thought Chuck was completely hopeless!
http://www.hoopsworld.com/nba-pm-young-rockets-talk-dwight-howard I know, I know, hoopsworld, but there are some pretty good quotes in there from the young guys. Nice to hear from TJones in the video, I like his energy in the SL.
Kind of funny. People that harp on Howard and his injury missed 6 games last year. You would think he missed 1/4th of the season with how some people talk.
