BleacherReport is garbage and Rondo would be a terrible fit with this ballclub. People need to stop bringing him up.

That Brett Poirer guy is unreliable, don't post anything from him.

I think 1 Big Ego (dwight) in the locker is enough, please don't add 2...

I want no part of Rondo, thanks. It's actually really annoying how many people on here know nothing of basketball beyond the shiny names and incessantly bring up Rondo or even say they want him on the Rockets.

We need a great passer and a lockdown defender. I'd be on board with Rondo. He lacks the 3 ball but makes up for it elsewhere.

Attitude aside, Rondo can ball. He may not be a great scorer, but he can see plays develop ahead of time. He has that intangible trait not many PGs have... IMO

Doesn't fill a position of need. Let's mold around our core of Harden-Howard-Parsons and build around that. We don't need another guy to take the ball out of James or Dwight's hands.

I don't mind that he doesn't score a lot, but he doesn't have a 3 pt shot. That is a problem on our team. He also needs the ball a lot in his hands to be effective...hmm weird, I hear that criticism about Lin all the time too, and how that conflicts w/ Harden. And he bogs down the offense...though that could have been a Doc Rivers thing.

Rondo is of course a very good PG...but I just don't think he's a good fit on our team.

Rondo is an awesome player, and before we got Harden I would have loved to have him, especially with Dwight, but I don't really think Rondo and Harden would work well together.

I would trade 1 million Jeremy Lins for 1 Rajon Rondo.

Rondo won a championship with his PG play and always gets everyone on the court involved. But if he were to take the PG role away from Harden, he'd be a bad fit.

Rondo is a good fit to any team. Dude can ball big time in big games.

The no Rondo talk is laughable.

Except he doesn't just lack the three ball. He also lacks the mid range ball. And the short range ball. And the free throw shooting.

Outside of his passing, he is actually a pretty terrible offensive player. His defense is not worth all we'd give up, especially on a team which NEEDS outside shooting around Harden's penetration and Dwight's inside play.

Harden was able to play in okc just fine.

Do people forget who guarded Lebron last year in the playoffs decently?

I think Rondo is mildly overrated but he is the best floor general outside of cp3, and he can defend very well. He would be able to get Dwight involved early and kick it out. It would just open the lane even more for Harden to do his work.

The original Bill Simons report on this was from a fake account. Nothing to see here folks.
