    Great move by Kirilenko.

We do already have Garcia and Casspi, though. I suppose it couldn't hurt to add one more wing player, but I would like Morrow more if we hadn't already picked up Casspi.

True, so it still begs the question why did we sign Casspi?? Garcia can back up Parsons so Morrow / Brewer as a SG is a lot better right?

I'm pretty sure we don't get the MLE, and that's only eligible for teams within less than the MLE amount of the salary cap and above

MLE and Room exception are different, we have the Room, mini mid level of sorts

We don't have the full MLE. But we do have the Room MLE, which is what this thread is all about.

Casspi signed for the veteran minimum... so he's not necessarily a rotation player. For his salary, he could easily be the 11th or 12th man in the roster.

He could just be an insurance policy. Ideally, we wouldn't see him play any meaningful minutes unless someone gets hurt.

He'll just go back overseas if need be.

Mentioned before that I wouldn't mind seeing Barbosa come in for depth. Always liked his game in an up-tempo style. Not sure what he has left though.

I'm sure Morey will offer it to someone on a 1 yr deal - not like him to not take advantage of every opportunity possible (see Brooks signing last year).

Carter isn't, but MWP might very well be amnestied. If so, we can try to bid for him on the market. I don't think we have the cap room to win the bid anymore though, and I doubt he gets no suitors.
