    You sure about that?

And why would you sign an "expendable" player? :)

I think with Garcia and Casspi on board, the swingman part of bench is all set. All the team needs is veteran bluecollar type PF. Hansbrough, Lou Amundson, Bird, Reggie Evans are all good.

nick young - this guy is criminally underrated. he's had a tough time since he got traded in 11-12. morey should have him high on his list. he cant ask for much since his value is low.

he's shown he can play good defense, just watch a minute of this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z67bBf7JdjI

a little above average 3pt shooter. he can score in a buncha ways - slash, mid range, 3s, fast break. he's got size at 6'7 210, he's athletic, young legs. if he can play on a good team with a good system im sure he wont dissapoint. winning can cure a lotta things. plus he'd want to prove himself again so there's something in it for him.

im not comfortable with casspie being a rotation player from the start. a 3rd stringer is better, let him prove himself. we need a 3 who has size that can defend. garcia is 190-195, he'd get eaten alive in the post. plus rockets fans overrate him after his playoff run.

It's a toss up between Leonardo Barbosa or Chauncey Phillips.

Anthony Morrow and Parsons with Garcia on the floor will mean you will get punished from the 3pt line if you collapse on Dwight or double Harden.

Emeka Okafor next year when he becomes a FA. Perfect for the taxpayer's exception or perhaps vet min if Morey pulls off his inner jedi. He should want to play for his hometown though, and for the chance at a championship to boot.

I would go for Antawn Jamison. Cheap, still can play at a high level, stretch 4.

Barbosa? That guy hasn't been good in 2-3 seasons. Once he lost his speed, he's been nothing.

Billups is a shell of his former self and can't stay healthy anymore.

Either give the MLE to Kirilenko or split it between BJ Mullens and Nick Young. That gives you a big man who is a proven shooter and a wing player (while inconsistent) who is a threat to create and make his own shot when Harden sits.

Then sign a CHEAP third PG like a DJ Augustin or Daniel Gibson. Maybe take a flyer on guys like Mikael Pietrus, Dahntay Jones or Corey Brewer as veteran wings who can play a little defense.

BINGO! I've been pulling for him for the longest. he is capable of HUGE nights and will easily be our best 6th man.

I would love Nick Young, but I think he'll get more money elsewhere
