We had the problem for about a month. Just call Xfinity and have them reset the signal, works fine now. Also don't call the comcast number call Xfinity, the whole phone call took under 6 minutes.

Though I HATE Comcast with a passion, my Internet from them has been solid for the 2-3 months that I've been back with them. No complaints yet.

Mine was working fine the first 2-3 weeks and all of a sudden it starting dropping like crazy. Called and they reset the signal but connection continuously drops. Can't play online games with this ****, b/c of continuous lag. At one point I was thinking they were throttling my connection but sounds like a bunch of other customers experience the same.

Can't believe i'm paying for this crap.

Never had a problem with Uverse. Really want to switch back as soon as possible, but dont want to miss out on my Rockets. Could always stick with TV only for Comcast.

My Comcast has been timing out for a few moments for the past 2 months. It'll usually last anywhere between 10 seconds to minutes, but has been as long as half an hour.

I own my own equipment. It's really annoying, too, because I'd be pwning noobs in a game only to get disconnected due to my internet.

I definitely think they're doing. My connection got dropped when I was watching a movie on Netflix and I forgot I was downloading something in the background. After being disconnected for most of the day it started working but dropped everytime I watched a youtube video or if I loaded more than a few pages at one time. Calling them did jack ****.

    Same here.

Comcast may have the fastest internet, but the semi-regular outages just drove me away and I'll never go back.

It might be a Comcast dns server issue. Use a public dns server.

Our Comcast connection at work is constantly down. UTMB clinics, offices, etc, off the Island. They just straight suck.
