Fake left, go right with their dumb running jump hook - Shaq

And yes Lebron, his post game was ridiculously ineffective for a guy with his size and athleticism prior.

Lebron would still be a ringless choker if not for Hakeem.

From what I've seen, Kobe has.

    Add Kobe on their too.

Wish Al Jefferson would train with Hakeem. Now that's one big who would really benefit.

But Lebron was already a basketball prodigy coming out of High School, how much better could he possibly get at Hakeem's school?

Even today, Lebron relies more on his perimeter game.

Its all about footwork to get down Dream's moves. The players these days need to get some hours of soccer work in before they train with the dream.

One of LeBron's main gripes when he was in Cleveland was that he couldn't post up efficiently. After a week with Hakeem and repetition with what Hakeem taught him, he became a top 5 post player in the league.

I agree. Hakeem was a freak of nature athlete. Even when you watch videos of Hakeem training with Lebron, Lebron can't really do the moves the way Hakeem can.

Actually, one of the biggest differences between Lebron's losing yr and winning yr was the development of a post game. When he goes to it, it is devastating (see: him embarrassing Paul George in the playoffs this yr). That was a great skillset to learn and have. Obviously Lebron has the talent in the first place to pick up on what Hakeem is teaching him, but he certainly wasn't a great post player beforehand.

The Big Men camp is to bring hope to their fans, more than teach post move.

Yeah, I guess it all boils down to basketball IQ and footwork.

Cuttino Mobley had a decent post up game, he trained in classic style boxing in the offseason.

Isola's just thinks it's a scam because Amare has gone to the camp more than any other athlete and he still has no back to basket game. Must be a scam.

If these players expect to show up, work out and leave with Hakeem's footwork and gift for reacting to defense and finding any space to squeeze through and score it won't happen. Money wasted.

If, however they pick up some moves and ideas and work, work, work whenever they can they will reap the benefits. Gotta crawl before you walk.

The ones who have improved came out of the second group I'm sure.

For what it's worth I think Dwight will/should learn more from McHale than Dream. McHale's moves are a little more nuts and bolts and suit Dwight's skill set a little better. Considering Dwight's ability to cut a rug, I think he will achieve some success in the post after working with Dream and McHale.
