Steven A, was entertaining when I first saw him, but he acts like hes always right, commands others respects him, gets louder if someone is trying to interject, yells, has way to much upward inflection, speaks as if he has this mass of saliva trying to escape every time he talks. Speaks ebonics and speaks clearly which makes listening to him annoying, over dramatizing by creating extra syllables in words. Is able to make a 1 syllable word into 4 syllables, a talent I do not appreciate. Do Not Like
A few years removed from Howard knocking Lebron out of the playoffs. Guy is a top 3 player in the league when healthy. People that think we're an at best 4 or 5 seed are judging Howard based off his time with LA.
There are a lot of sour grapes going along in the NBA... Houston quietly built an elite team with some major star power. Howard and Harden. Howard/Asik/Parson/Harden/Lin are your 5 best players. Garcia/Jones/Montiejunas/Casspi/Beverly/Smith round out your 2nd tier players. That is a deep team... 2 of the top 10 centers in the league. Howard 33 minutes at center. Asik play's 15 miutes at center and 15 minutes at power forward Montiejunas and Jones are going to have to fight it out to see who gets the majority of the rest of 33 minutes at power forward!!! Harden/Parson/Casspi/Garcia round out a solid core in the SF/SG department. Lin/Beverly/Cannan should anchor the PG position with good play and solid depth. I am glad the Rockets did not trade Lin/Asik for Josh Smith.

This. All the people dissing Dwight right now are just helping fuel his fire. This year could potentially be Dwight's great comeback season, in which he leads the rockets to the finals. I'm hoping he is pissed right now, and focused on being the best player he can possibly be.
Yeep. He has had Phil Jackson along with Shaq and the entire media ragging on him so this is all fuel for the fire.
Pretty much exactly what Berman tweeted. Dwight said he talked to Chandler and Patrick and a few other guys and he loves the city. Les kept talking about how fun it's gonna be.
I still keep randomly saying to myself "We got Dwight Howard!!!" and I will probably be saying this for quite some time.
