I have met quite a few stoners that were very aggressive while stoned. Don't act like people can't fight or be aggressive while stoned. It is highly possible and it makes GZ testimony that the person looked like they were on drugs more legit.
Of course you have. Just like how you used to be a African woman and voted for Obama... Is it possible for someone to still be aggressive while high on mar1juana? Yes.. But it shouldn't help the defense knowing that the Trevon was high because if anything THC does calm down an individual. Hence the stereotype of the "lazy stoner".
You are funny. THC can stay in your system for 30 days. It is evidence that he smoked mar1juana over the last month, but not necessarily that day.
That means they are aggressive people, not that it is the mar1juana. "When you smoke the herb it reveals you to yourself."
From what is known about TM he seems to be someone who is prone to aggressiveness, if you are honest.
You don't think having some stranger following you around wouldn't make you paranoid? I would probably have called the chump something worse than that.
People walk around my neighborhood at night all the time. Many of which even resemble GZ. I have never once been paranoid or suspicious of them following me.
For a guy who has such a strong opinion on the case, I would think you'd follow it a little closer. This is from the State's Witness..... Shiping Bao, the medical examiner who autopsied Trayvon Martin, testified with jurors gone from the courtroom Friday that pot in the teen's system "could have" altered his mind and body the night he died You can bet this guy will be recalled after the THC evidence is admitted. http://www.businessinsider.com/trayvon-martins-mar1juana-use-2013-7 The prosecution's case is going up in smoke.
Deck..... You are in a gated community at night in the rain, you are high (he had lean in his system too) and you are already in deep **** with your parents. Anyone in his situation in their right mind takes their ass to the house and avoids trouble.
Probably because they weren't actually following you. It has been established that GZ was following TM. If somebody is actually following you, you aren't paranoid by thinking they are following you.
No. You're saying you have Latino or Latino looking guys follow you all the time and you're not scared. You're using it to justify that nobody should be scared under these circumstances and that Martin shouldn't have been. It's ludicrous because people who are followed commonly are fearful, paranoid, scared, etc. If somebody says "All white people can't dance and I'm not racist, I have white friends but it's the truth." or anything similar they're using it to justify their prejudice and stating that others shouldn't for the ludicrous comment they just made.
Taken from University of Washington ADAI Does smoking mar1juana cause aggression? In general, after using mar1juana a person experiences a sedating effect, which makes the drug less likely to cause violence in users than other substances such as alcohol and stimulants (e.g., amphetamines and cocaine). However, sometimes when mar1juana is used it can cause fear, anxiety, panic or paranoia, which can result in an aggressive outburst. For most people, however, once the effects of the drug wear off, their behaviour gradually improves. Studies show that violence can occur more often among people who use mar1juana regularly, rather than those who use it occasionally or not at all. It is unclear why this is the case, but it may be because people with violent tendencies can also have a range of other psychosocial problems and are therefore more likely to use mar1juana. mar1juana is also part of the illegal drug market, which may increase the chances of violence occurring in some social interactions. Research also shows that mar1juana users who commit violent acts usually have a history of violence before they start using the drug. In addition, when people are withdrawing from mar1juana they can be irritable, which can lead to abusive or aggressive behaviour. You'd have to have a pretty good idea on TM smoking habits to understand his state of mind at the time of the altercation. I don't know if the toxicology reports are enough to prove that TM mar1juana use resulted in aggressive behavior. The defense only has to show reasonable doubt to earn an acquittal. So far they've done just that. Casey Anthony and OJ were acquitted with far more damning evidence.
