Hopefully some of the effort/hustle problems won't be as much of a issue with him being away from the Lakers and playing for a big man coach who is still player friendly, won't tear him down or kill his motivation.
Him on the PnR with Harden and Jeremy will be nice... And if Lin continues his improved 3 point shooting from the second half of last season then I think we'll be pretty damn happy with the results.
I'm pretty sure McHale and/or Hakeem will be working on those things with him daily. (and free throw shooting) That's one of the main reasons he said he chose Houston, he wants to work with those guys to improve and grow.
Certainly deserves it's own thread : http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=240691 It's amazing to think he's got issues with effort levels and still puts up big numbers defensively. If he's motivated, now, he's going to grab 15 boards and 3 blocks a game, easily.
