Asik could be what Gortat was in Orlando

With Howard, Asik, and Motiejunas now that he's up around 260, the Rockets could have a TON of size this year.

 

Not if you're trying to win a championship. What's wrong with depth

 

Asik formally asked for a trade.. rockets said no.. a little trouble in paradise

 

Motiejunas and Jones can both shoot, can't they? Maybe not amazingly... but enough to stretch the floor, no?

Yeah I read that, but there's a big difference between being "down in the dumps" and demanding a trade.

Does Asik really have that much to lose by giving it a shot with Howard? He seems like a great guy. I almost expect him to turn his energies to getting that jumper solid & going after that starting 4 spot! Love the guy! Come on, Asik - no need to pout. Enjoy the ride for at least a season!
