This kid can help us this year. He can play backup at the 3 and stretch 4. He shoots lights out and is athletic and a decent size. Are the Rockets going to sign him or let him wait another year. Maybe he is redundant and you never know if he will work out but he looks better than Casspi to me. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/acVDS-kBemY?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
The kid really has good timing. I don't know how effective he would be in the NBA, but he would probably a good weakside blocker.
In addition to his timing, very good shot blockers often have tremendous anticipation. While this was a small sample of his defensive skill, I love what I saw and love that his hands are always up to challenge shots
First of all -- best music I've heard in a Bball highlights video in sometime. Second of all -- yeah, I hope the kid gets brought over this season as well. Perfect for what we are doing as a team -- I wish I could hear Morey talk about him and his intention with him.Little worries since Garcia and Casspi are both small forwards that we won't have room on the roster to bring him over -- but if Garcia can play 2 guard consistently then maybe we'll still have room for Kostas.
In all my years here on Clutchfans not once have I been able to accurately assess a foreign player's skill level from videos like this one.
I'd much rather have him than Casspi, but I guess they'll wait for his release clause to expire before they consider bringing him over. Did Morey get a team option on Casspi's second year? If he did, then they might check how they both do this season and decide if he worth bringing over next summer.
We haven't cap space to sign this guys this year; we would rather let him play in Europe for one more years; Maybe we can use a part of MLE to sign him 3~4 years contract next year
If you want me to stay by Sly and the Family Stone. They were a pretty good band actually -- there was recently a killer documentary on their front man called Coming Back for more you should check out if you've really never heard of them.
