I think your seeing his ceiling, not his floor. And most of last season, he was somewhere in-between.

Umm..our depth at SF, just like I specified in my post. You've got Parsons starting and Garcia likely to back him up. Those two alone provide ample depth and will take up most of the minutes available at the spot. Omri will take a few too. You want TJ to squeeze in there, when he's a better PF, a spot without a proven starter? Make much more sense to let him prove himself at PF, where there will be more mins available.

Where's the "In Daryl We Trust" option.

I don't know what he's thinking Casspi adds to the team but if he wants him, I want him.

I like the signing. Morey knows how to pick them. Dude can shoot the ball. Numbers dropped off the last 2 season. But with Harden/Lin breaking their man down, Howard drawing the double team. Casspi should get a lot of wide open looks.

I don't care .... we got rid of Royce White!

That's reason for celebration in itself.

Omri is a really good shooter that Morey has been really high on. He is better than Delfino IMO but cheaper.

Not sure if I like this pickup, but I felt the same way about Delfino and it turned out alright.

I wonder if Morey is interested in Austin Daye. He's a very good shooter, same age as this guy.

Jones is a horrible defender. He's a good shot blocker, but that's iit.

Yes. Good pickup for depth. Vet minimum, why not?

Picking up role players? Advantage, MOREY!

Hard to understand why Rockets signed him. He's hardly @ NBA level and wasn't playing much for a bad team like Cavs. And minutes he was getting were terrible quality vise.
With a young team, eager for minutes, I don't see where this guy fits in.
