Serious much? We are having fun on our favorite message board.

If we're just going to worship every Morey move ad infinitum, this will become a really boring off-season.

But yeah, Morey knows his business more than me, that's for sure. Still, this dude seems a bit like an underwhelming version of D-Mo to me.

they need to stop getting crap players. our dleaguers are better than this guy. we need to focus on getting brewer. he's the last awesome bench guy available thats perfect.

stop wasting money! quality over quantity

    Good. Vet minimum.

For vet minimum I'm ok with Morey gambling on players he wants to gamble on.

He's fairly tall, can hit threes, young, athletic enough to drive every now and then.

I wouldn't put too much stock in his stats on a crappy team. They are usually crappy for a reason. Kyle Lowery was buried on the bench in memphis when the rox got him.

For the minimum with a team option second year sounds like a good asset

42% at the basket is somewhat troubling for a guy who's 6'9" but I guess that's why we got him for the minimum.

I'm thinking NOLA is holding out for one of those guys with Asik in a Ryan Anderson deal.

Also, to be fair to Morey, he picked Morris at #14 in the draft. How many of those guys at #14 become superstars? He can only pick from the lot he is given and of course in retrospect, we can all now say he should've picked Kawhi Leonard or Kenneth Faried ahead of Morris. But who really knows they're going to blossom into players like that? It's sort of a gamble at that slot in the draft.

So does this make one of either D-Mo or T. Jones expendable?
