I love how right now on espn they're completely minimising this deal. Two days ago Dwight was the a difference maker and the best center in the league now adding him makes us the same team as last season . They're projected us to be worse than the warriors who wanted Dwight as well. I'm excited about this season because espn will have no choice but to cover us now

It still hasn't dawned on me yet that we got Dwight Howard. We actually got Dwight Howard... Dwight Howard... We are going to be a headline team from now on...
BSPN talk about how the lakers will be the same, and the rockets won't get any better than maybe 4th seen. pffffff. get over yourselves. lakers will be a lottery team. rockets will be up there with okc and sas, but maybe the spurs finally take a step back? i don't believe the warriors or clippers are built for the playoffs. lee and griffin aren't real post options, but would rather face the basket. it's gonna be hard to score in the half court against elite defenses in a 7 game series. the thunder, spurs, and rockets are now legit. i think WCF would be a good goal for year 1. next summer we will have a chance to sign some old guys chancing a ring and come back as favorites.
I think I've just accepted it and more like "What's Morey going to do next!?" I've already moved on and now checking things for any asik trade rumors. Offseas...trade-deadline....Draft...things get crazy around here.

Poor ESPN and media not getting what they want. Howard's a Rocket and we're a legitimate threat in the west now. This is a great day.
these past few days have been the proudest I am to be a Rocket fan...regardless of Dwight's decision...this week was the most fun I had pressing the refresh button and laughing my butt off with Ron Paul gifs..special mention to all those who made the update-less days fun with witty posts and random stuff...I am proud to say the we are all brothers and we all bleed RED!
Dude deserves it. I know a lot of people here hate him and I was pretty pissed a couple of times last season too but they really need to win a ring for him and Sasha.
