I was just about to post that famous picture...but then thought better. I don't want to be the one who "Jinx's" this.
Royce White would not be traded tonight, if not for Dwight decision. No way Dwight turn 180 on us at this point. It is really great that Morey didn't jump the gun just in case, but it is a forgone conclusion we'll have #12 next week.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>I know fans want Dwight Howard to decide, but imagine being a player who's a free agent right now? A lot of moves are on hold as teams wait.</p>— Alex Kennedy (@AlexKennedyNBA) <a href="https://twitter.com/AlexKennedyNBA/statuses/353317608759623681">July 6, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> Is this Alex Kennedy guy for real or is he making a fool out of himself. This was literally posted a minute ago.
Nope but it would certainly trump this... http://www.thedreamshake.com/2011/1...u-gasol-in-3-team-trade-lose-scola-and-martin
Dwight is probably trying to be the good guy here. He called all the other teams personally to let them down professionally, without proxy. Now he'll talk to his old team in person to try to be respectable. He doesn't like being the bad guy and wants to try to save as much face as possible, another factor in his quick decision. Tbh it's a good thing he's going to LA... I'd be more scared if he was calling Houston before talking to the Lakers.

My last post in this epic thread. So in conclusion, it seems like ESPN was basically bull***ting the entire time trying to drum up controversy, but now that it's settled and everything can become public, it seems like Doc Rocket and some other local insiders are correct. That Howard was leaning towards the Rockets the whole time. Anyway, the best start to a weekend EVA!
someone needs a quotes from the other side thread because espn.com is funny right now. so much butt hurt.
I feel like the thread, whenever it ends, has to end with this: <img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vpE6uMJ37dk/UOScrne47aI/AAAAAAAAEL4/Ki-4IWO-SoY/s1600/ron-paul.gif">
