Houston know, but it's Dwight's thing to announce, not theirs.

He is. He's a pathetic bandwagon fan that jumps from the Mavs to the Grizz to..who knows who's next. He wouldn't dare say what he is in front of our faces, just another internet coward.

The timing of this is odd that right after Dwight chose a team, R.White gets traded.

Kupchak will put firing Pringles back on the table and paying Phil the big bucks to come back if D12 stays in LA. That's my guess.

If the "insiders" on the Lakers board are suppose to be believed, Howard never really considered the Lakers in the first place and was quite out of it during their talk. However, Mitch Kupchak throughout the year was very nice to Howard and defended him the whole time. This seems to imply that whatever other hard feelings were felt, Dwight likely felt he owe a personal farewell to Kupchak.

I get that about the Rockets, but... When I see the tweet from Howard that he's picked the Rockets THEN I will feel good about it. You may well be right about him just doing the honorable thing and telling them face to face, and I HOPE you are right, but I keep thinking about how much he loves drama. What better drama and what better way to get crappy-ass LAL fans to think he's suddenly a hero?

When I see that tweet from him or his camp/agent I'll breathe easy.

I will admit though, it is a little worrisome that Dwight is going to speak with Kupchak. I mean, what for? Really, did Lebron go back to Cleveland to talk to Dan Gilbert once he announced his decision? What if Kupchak says they're willing to hire Phil? I dunno, Dwight is so unpredictable.

yup this scares me. So far Jim Buss has made a complete Ass of himself and its helped everyone else. God forbid he actually puts his ego to the side. But would dwight still want to stick around for all that **** in L.A?

So its still not over? This would be crazy if Dwight changes his mind, again. It would be hereby called "The Indecision".

I have never really been on the Dwight bandwagon, but I have a feeling he may actually respect Kupchak even if he is not fond of the Lakers organization and just wants to turn him down in person. This actually makes me have a little more respect for Dwight.

If he was discussing contract with the Rockets (as Woj even tweeted) and then decided to go back and accept ANOTHER meeting with the Lakers...I don't even...
