    Stated previously, according to sources he's been calling teams personally to tell them that they are no longer in the mix. I hope he just feels like he owes the Fakers a face to face rejection. Please God don't let them pull some BS out of their @$$es to make him re-sign.

    the fakersground insider said that kupchak was really sincere about retaining dwight. so he probably wants to let him down in person. he lives in LA anyways so it's not like he's going across country just for this.

    Notice the question mark. Didn't say it was what he's doing for sure, just a couple of possibilities. Some of you get upset when people raise the possibility that things won't turn out in favor of Houston when they are perfectly rational. The team has gotten close to making deals that end up falling through before. I'm not gonna prematurely celebrate and jinx it.
