I think Omer is one of the reasons Howard was interested in Houston. I think Omer will still be part of the scenario for the Rockets.

Morey has been vindicated. He's landed 2 all-stars, and has all the parts to add a 3rd piece if they want to. Never thought this would actually happen, as I thought Howard would re-up even though reports were to the contrary.
It might just be that he hasn't called the Lakers yet and told them personally that they are out of the running. He did this with every other team.
