Zimmerman identifies as hispanic, so why are you trying to make this a white/black thing?

Obama and Zimmerman are both half white. Do you call Obama white? Same logic as calling GZ white.

Martin had a right to be suspicious, of course. He did have that right, just as GZ had the right to approach TM.

Because guys like you keep saying Zimmerman had a right to be suspicious but question any confrontation Martin may have caused being suspicious of someone following him. that's why i personally believe any speculation beyond Zimmerman getting out of the car is noise . whatever happened he started and didn't handle well.

you keep banging your head against a wall because you are trying to convict GZ without evidence that is relevant in a court of law. That's why we keep pwning you again and again, my friend.

That's why we have jury trials instead of vigilantism in this country.

If I were Martin's father, I would think that George Zimmerman should be acquitted. I would not be happy about it, with my son being dead and his killer walking free, but the legal issues involved don't change.

Yup, all this back and forth on a basketball bbs means nothing. The jury will decide this. I would not be surprised with any decision they come up with as this case is not clear cut either way. Personally I would say manslaughter but I would be fine if he is found not guilty of anything.

I know those using the term vigilante to describe Zimmerman are merely trolling ... or just ignorant to the definition. I don't think anyone believes Zimmerman was trying to do a citizens arrest or any other nonsense.
Following someone does not make you a vigilante.

He could be though. Other cannot prove he was a vigilante and I'm fine with that. Let's not pretend that you could prove he wasn't acting as a vigilante though.

Or you could read all 373 pages to see all who have accused Zimmerman of being a vigilante. But trolls aint go not time for that, eh?

I have always believed Martin threw the first punch. Now that the prosecution has brought everything they have, I have no reason not to believe Zimmerman. I do not excuse Martin of his actions even if he is dead...or the color of his skin.

This is what I DO know; If I follow someone, it is unlikely that I will end up in an altercation. In addition, if I should physically attack someone, then someone is likely get hurt.

The person who could have prevented this tragedy the easiest is the one who started the physical altercation, whether it was Zimmerman or Martin. It was the person who decided that someone should get hurt. It wasn't Martin's decision to go get candy. Or him getting kicked out of school. Or him getting kicked out of his house. Or him not running home when he was aware of someone following him. It wasn't Zimmermans decision to follow Martin. Or to carry a gun. Or any other half assed excuse to blame Zimmerman.
