Hell yeah, I was in Koln (cologne) last summer, great place to be and definitely the best beer around
For all yall complaining about checking the thread many pages later for nothing, consider this...... When it is announced, there will be a new thread created for it. So just look in the forum listing and if you see a thread announcing the news you know it happened. No muss, no fuss, you dont have to page thru a thread full of nothing to find the news.
Not sure if that's good nor not. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>Whoa, someone just told me the Dwightmare odds have been taken off the board in some places.</p>— Hardwood Paroxysm (@HPbasketball) <a href="https://twitter.com/HPbasketball/statuses/353207684213911552">July 5, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
So this Heisler dude responded to me: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/AstroRocket">@AstroRocket</a> Let's revisit this the day after. You be around or you quitting Twitter if D12 signs with <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Warriors&src=hash">#Warriors</a>?… Yours, Hack</p>— Mark Heisler (@MarkHeisler) <a href="https://twitter.com/MarkHeisler/statuses/353206932066156544">July 5, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> LOL
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Hearing rumblings Cavs have talked to Warriors about relieving some of that cap space in Warriors' pursuit of Dwight Howard.</p>— Sam Amico (@SamAmicoFSO) <a href="https://twitter.com/SamAmicoFSO/statuses/353205260753444864">July 5, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
I think it means it's good news? A lot of the times when this happens is when the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of one side so they remove it because if they didn't everyone would just place bets on the winner and make money.
The odds are in-line with the temperature in general. Things got a little cloudy today as GSW nudged itself into the picture (accurate or not) - oddsmakers don't have "ins", they're just like us on this subject. They don't have the analytical tools and historical data to assess a decision like they do the outcome of a game. It's not a good thing, but it's not a bad thing either. They're just going off what we're going off of at this point.
Heisler is a Lakers fan and while he doesn't necessarily have a total allegance to the team like some guys do, he is fair when it comes down to it. I think he's just giving random thoughts on twitter for fun he's not reporting news. The guy has been joking around with the fans in LA alot about Dwight leaving from day 1. The people on Lakersground could use some of his sense of humor.
Heisler tweeted back to a fake Harden account <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/The_Yoyo">@The_Yoyo</a> Didn't but I'm always aware of the possibility…. I didn't care. I like doing lines.</p>— Mark Heisler (@MarkHeisler) <a href="https://twitter.com/MarkHeisler/statuses/353205510813650947">July 5, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
