This may be true..... But I'm sure these "non-biased NBA fans" are influenced by how far each went in playoffs. Im not saying harden and parson are just way better. But I still think better. Golden state (as a squad,) had a better team(deeper bench). And it took them a bit further in the playoffs
What was CyberX's last post? D12's using Houston as leverage to scare Lakers into trading him to GSW. He doesn't want to come here, like his camp had been saying since LAST summer.
That doesn't make sense. Artest is off the books in 14 also right? And Dwight would be off the books this year. Why would they want to pay more lt for the season??

I think Parsons and Asik vs Barnes and Bogut is a wash at best. I was listening to Fried Coleman show several days ago and he basically said although there was a snowball chance DH going to GW, GW is best team for DH. They have some nice players, nice place, great fans, a new stadium soon, most important of all, it's going to DH's team. Unlike in Houston, he will be the no. 2 star after Harden. I thought it's BS at the moment. But maybe the guy has a point.
You do realize Harden tired out, and defenses focused mainly on Harden right? Curry had so much more help to keep him from tiring out and other players to help on offense right? And Curry only played really well in that Denver series when he only had to deal with Ty Lawon the 5 11' guy guarding him.... When he actually had a not horrid defender on him, he did average in the 2nd round.
whats the difference if the Rockets do a S&T w/Lakers or another team for another player... A big 3 is what I think both D12 and rockets, want and need... so if we get D12 out right, we still need to S&T Lin/Asik for say example Jsmith... so why not just S&T Lin/Asik w/the lakers? get that part over with, and then you still have the money to get a JSmith or other guy
Are you seriously getting worked up over a Bill Simmons tweet? He has no knowledge of ANYTHING in this story. He's just stating his opinion.
Where do people keep getting this idea that "Golden State is obviously his first choice". Howard's camp has leaked nothing. The little bit out there has come from Golden State and teams around the league reporting that Houston and Golden State are trying to clear capspace. No one knows where Howard wants to go. Yesterday was July 4th. The guy likes to party and takes little personal accountability, there was no way he was announcing before today at the earliest. Most key free agents don't even announce their spots before July 7-8.
Damn, sounds like we are the backup. Like if he can't get the hot girl to goto prom, he'll have to settle with a girl with a nice personality. I guess he can grow to like "her" right?
See, this is what I'm confused about. Guys like Heisler are making it seem like dumping Biedrins, RJ, Bogut (who by the way is the EASIEST one to dump since he has a semblance of NBA talent, and is an expiring deal), and Rush is almost a guarantee. The idea of dumping contracts like that however is to #1) attach youth to the deal to make it attractive, #2) get back numerous picks, #3) use it as a way to get rid of bad long-term deals to a team that can afford the cap hit. The Warriors however cannot take back ANYTHING for the likes of Biedrins and Jefferson, so why would teams want to just do them a solid and take on those contracts? It literally makes NO sense.
