    Cyberx is legit.

Im not worried about the warriors. First it was Dallas, then it was LA, and now it is Golden state (impossible). Next it will be Houston and when you hear that it is legit.

I remember when everyone was saying we dismissed those tweets because they weren't in favor of the rockets. No, because they were biased journalists who broke things like the courtney lee signing. So my mechanic has the resume to build a rocket ship?

So much better we dominated them in the regular season and set a new record against them to tie the highest one of all time.

I think it's certain D12 is not a Laker. That would be shocking. It's between GS and Houston. I think the Clippers are also out of the picture since the Lakers want expiring deals. And i don't think the Lakers want BLake Griffin in a ST. Max Deal and Blake isn't a Max player quite yet.

GS makes a lot of sense

One of your forwards. I'm going to go back to reading. It's really entertaining. Sorry to butt in.

I'll put it this way, If Woj says that Dwight wants GS, I'll believe it, won't be happy, but will believe it.

This morning on ESPN they do the think where they ask a question and put up the poll results state by state... literally every state predicted that Dwight would end up in Houston. Dwight to Houston had been declared a practically "done deal" and every possible angle had been taken apart and put back together. The story was over.

And it was right around the time that this happened, that I first heard people talking hypothetically about how great Golden State would be for Dwight. Not too long after that, I started hearing this stuff about Dwight actually wanting to go with Golden State.

I am convinced that much of the Dwight to Houston and pretty much all of the Dwight to Golden State is driven by the media wanting an exciting story to talk about during a holiday when there are lots of viewers available, and not much actually happening. The media got a few very compelling days about the reason why leaving the "marquee" NBA team in LA for Houston made sense and then, when that discussion was entirely played out, suddenly the exciting dark horse Golden State appears, leading to an extended renewal of the pointless speculation and hashing every angle to death. The timing of all of it is just too perfectly tailored for the media's needs.

Maybe there is something to Dwight to GS, but I guarantee you if there wasn't, the sports media would make something like it up exactly when the GS rumors started to appear in order to keep people glued to their TV's/radio/computer. That perfect timing seems too perfect to write off as coincidence.

Imagine, for instance, exactly what the media would have done if Dwight had legitimately leaked that he was probably going to stay in LA. Hours and hours of programing that I've seen in the last couple of days would need to be replaced with... what?

People are making a big deal about what the warriors are doing. The rockets already have known what they were going to do the whole time and were prepared.

Think of it as an exam. If you plan an study and prepare well in advance, you are almost assuredly going to end up with a good grade. If you wait until the night before to try to cram all of the information needed, you will most likely not have a good time. Someone might say, "wow that is impressive that you studied all night for a test the next morning", but they still end up with a failing grade. If the Warriors wanted Dwight, they had the chance to set themselves up to do so all season and did not. Slow and steady wins the race.

Why? Houston was better last season beating them 3 out of 4 times and absolutely dominating them for the most part. Houston has a world brand not GS. Houston has a younger team and a superstar with no history of injury.

IMO, Houston is clearly the better destination and with more talent both in the starting line-up and on the bench. Remember in order to sign D12 that GS will have to renounce Jarrett Jack and Carl Landry will be gone as well.

    Curry
    Barnes or Thompson (not both)
    Lee
    D12
    a bunch of minimum contracts

That will be the GS team if D12 goes there.

    Compare that to:

    Lin/Beverly/Canaan
    Harden/Anderson
    Parsons/Cisco (if he resigns)
    TJones/DMo
    D12/GSmith

    or possibly JSmoove.

Looks like Houston is easily the better team.

Would Dwight commit before GS clears space for him? Every NBA team will know GS has lost all leverage regarding trades and it will become a complete slaughterfest. Honestly, I expect both Klay and Barnes being moved with the massive salaries.

Even if only one of Klay or Barnes gets moved, will Dwight still want to join GS?
    Curry/ Jack
    Klay/ Rush
    Bazemore/ Green
    Lee/ Festus
    Howard/ ??

Also, rumors regarding a S+T have the same issue: GS would have to give up one their prized Klay or Barnes.

    Seriously?

Unless of course Dwight really wants to go to GS for some reason...in which case, it doesn't matter how well you prepared.

If I was Dwight, I'd go to a team with the best player...James Harden of the Houston Rockets.

Curry is a close 2nd, but he aint James.

Even if you attach 1st round picks to each of them I don't see it happening. Most 1st round picks go for around 3 million. 14? 11? 9? Those are some huge amounts to pay for a pick. There isn't a GM in this day and CBA that would agree to eating that much...much less 3 GMs on teams that have the free space. Then after that, they have to get LA to trade without giving up pieces. They just don't have enough picks to write that check.

The warriors and their fans are just trolling.

The Warriors stuff is smoke. Nothing to it because they'd have to trade away assets like Barnes or Klay
