    I find it very hard to believe that Howard doesn't know where he is going. He does not have an IQ of 65. It is taking time because the Howard camp has carefully planned everything out to change his public perception. My guess is tomorrow or Monday an announcement is made without an interview until the next day and then it will be carefully controlled where Howard will state he is all about winning.

    My guess is that Charlotte wanted an answer and Dallas has not been notified by Howard yet. Too bad, I wanted Dallas to waste cap space on Jefferson.
