They are actually tied for 5th best. The only teams with better odds to win the championship are the Heat, OKC, the Spurs, and the Bulls slightly. Remember, Dwight Howard has not yet signed, nor have we made any additional moves to shore up the roster ie Josh Smith. It is safe to say our odds would further increase if those things play out. Humblebrag, glad I locked up those 22:1s. Not that I think we will win a championship the first year, but that was a great deal where I can hedge my way to a profit as long as they make the western finals pretty much.
Interesting that the Bulls are ahead of us. I figured that if another East team was to be ahead of us, it'd be the new-look Nets. But the Bulls? Eh. Whatever.
