I understand, but self glorification is not my style. I just like to be different. Don't like me? BlOCk mE!!! I'm a Rockets fan, not people on Clutch fan's FAN!!!
Because the stars like their decision to be a big deal. Lebron wanted the decision to be a surprise to the nation. He knew before that day, despite what he said. This is a decision that should come pretty fast. Think about the colleges you got accepted to (if you went through that process); if not think about a list of girls who liked you. You knew which college you would choose if you got accepted (scholarships played a part probably but I don't think salary is a huge issues, a max is a max and in Texas without tax!). You knew which girl you liked the most. The players like to act like it's more of a process. Generally 48 hours is enough to process it. Dwight has had since the end of April to think this through without any distractions of playing. He probably made his mind up before then but I think it's a ridiculous notion to think some pitch is going to change his mind. HE knows what the teams bring, he knows the personnel.
I hate when that happens! This thread isn't really what it was meant to be anymore. If I remember correctly the OP even asked for this to be closed down a few days ago (could be wrong). This thread has become more of an early celebration (I mean we had like 100 it's happening gifs last night). If Howard doesn't come here, then this thread will be pure gold...
May I suggest locking account creation for a day or so if Dwight announces for Houston, I'm really not looking forward to how that will go...
It conceals whatever grand conspiracy they are working on. As to what conspiracy it would be, we have no idea because the smoke screen is hiding things.
Same. When someone actually in the meeting gives those kinds of odds, you have to feel pretty good. Then again though, he wasn't really gonna say "He gave bad vibes!"
So I have a question Maybe someone can give me a idea as to why. Why would d Howard push out his answer so long if he already knows for say. Example if it is the rockets wouldn't u want to give Them a answer ASAP so they can already be on the horn with atl or anyone else the would like to get saying Howard's in we want u 2
So I have heard a couple different ways that Dwight might announce his decision of where he will play next year. I have read that he will tweet it or youtube it. Has there been any updates as for how he would be notifying the public?
Make it seem like it was a hard decision, that he gave everyone a fair go, ergo the complete opposite of Chris Paul
