True but you can't leave Chandler Parsons in the equation. He may not be as important as Steph or James skill wise, but you have to factor the comradery and close relationship between he and Dwight. Or at least I still do.

In favor of Houston I'd say too that this is not a decision that Howard is going to make over the next two days. This is a crucial step on his career and he's being thinking about it for months, and probably there is where Houston has a big advantage over G.State. Thanks to our background at the recruiting. As of today, I'd say he's probably more familiar and confortable with the idea of signing with Houston, because has been thinking about it -and maybe preparing for it- for months. And it is also easier for him than to say face to face to Kuptchak, 'Im not re-signing, would you trade me?'.

I think the Rocket's barber tweeting that he's meeting with Dwight's people is the clearest indication that Dwight, at the very least, is strongly considering Houston. This is a big step in his career. He wants everything to be straight before he moves in. I remember hearing a story that Dwight gets his haircut 1-2 times a week. I can see why a barber would be a legit concern.
