Read in to it what you will, but Time Warner has pulled the plug on my script for "Kazam 2" starring Dwight. Good thing I had procrastinated on starting it.

Not sure I completely get what you're asking, but the only team that can S&T Dwight is the Lakers.

Warriors are out, you really think Dwight's decision Friday is: "Im taking my talents to Oakland..wait, Lakers help a brother out please?!

They may not get him, but if it was a non-starter, Dwight wouldn't have bothered meeting with them. Push comes to shove GS's offer of proven productive cheap young talent with high upside + expiring contract(s) don't look too bad in comparison to losing Dwight for nothing.

Who knows what Dwight will do or what he does/doesn't have the balls to tell someone. The fact he is still 'up in the air' about what he wants to do...sounds about right.

I think what he's saying is that for the GS situation to be plausible, Howard would have to decide he wants to go there, and then force the Lakers hand by telling them that. That's what he meant by that needing to happen for it that conversation to even begin.

Did anybody catch the guy on Mike & Mike this morning that totally laid into Dwight? He said every writer is scared to call Dwight out because Dan Fegan is the most powerful man in basketball and they don't want to lose him as a source.

I don't think the Warriors have a chance.

Last night, by the way "Doc" was acting, the Rockets were given the good news.

This is why you have to step back and say ... Most of these are bull****. None of these people know what dwight is thinking. If they did then i would imagine dwight is running around in circles in a dark room repeating the names of possible teams while his people stand nearby and leak new info.

All we see is him relaxing in aspen, or going fishing. I think the truth no one knows, including dwight.

He can meet with them all he wants...it isn't his decision to initiate a trade. Takes the Lakers to do that. Him choosing to meet with them does not mean the Lakers are interested in trading him there.

Guys meet with teams all the time....Bosh met with Morey reportedly with absolutely zero interest in coming to Houston.

dwight to golden state makes no sense because even if you do get a S&T deal done your going to have to give up bogut and/or lee and/or barnes and thompson which defeats the whole point of getting dwight so now all you have is curry and howard so it makes no sense

Isn't Bogut expiring. Will be off books for 2014. LA would get Barnes, Klay and probably future 1st round picks.

Notice I said it wouldn't make sense for LA and Dwight only. I think it would make perfect sense for GS (Although I worded it oddly). From a rebuilding perspective I think it makes sense for LA, but the attached tax situation makes it very unrealistic.

Ric Bucher would know more about the GS situation than anybody since he is based there. I don't think Lakers would do a sign and trade with Warriors because they are in the same division.

Dwight Howard is Fegan's only high profile client.

Yeah, but they'd be heavily into the tax for next year.
