My wedding/party/event band is playing on the grounds of Faithbridge Church in Spring. We did it last year and it was fun. About 10K people showed up. It was sponsored by HEB, everything was free, and the fireworks display was really impressive. You'd think a church sponsored event wouldn't go that big with the fireworks but they went all out.

I'll probably be at Westside Tennis Club, but one of the better July 4th experiences in the city is going to watch the symphony and then fireworks to the 1812 overture at miller outdoor theatre

Haha. No but seriously, the apartments have a parking garage that overlooks the whole city. There will probably be about 50 people up there with chairs partying it up.

We have a perfect view of the Katy Mills show from our cul-de-sac. It's fun watching the traffic jams on the streets behind us and laughing at the people who think we're going to let them park in our area.

Lincoln Memorial. Hopefully it won't rain like it's been happening for the past month in DC.

Has anyone been to the "Fireworks on the Brazos!" show before? (In the link, third event from the top)

Asking because I'm in College Station, wondering if it's worth the drive with my family.

14th annual, so I'm guessing it's popular, or else it wouldn't have staying power.
