Kobe will say anything right now to try and convince Dwight. His chase for 6 rings ends if Dwight leaves.
They didn't bring in the past Laker's greats because Kobe would of just gotten into an argument with them about how he is the greatest Laker of all time.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>From late last night: Kobe tells D12 there "isn't a room big enough" to hold all the Laker greats: <a href="http://t.co/3fFuri9IWi">http://t.co/3fFuri9IWi</a></p>— David Aldridge (@daldridgetnt) <a href="https://twitter.com/daldridgetnt/statuses/352439609701040128">July 3, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
The "understood" part of Kobe's comment is that Jimmy wouldn't spring for a room that big or the airfare to get them all there #cheap
I wouldn't expect nothing else from him but trash! Reason why I hate him as person! A player! Also why I hate the Lakers organization and most of their fans!
Kareem isn't walking through that door. Magic isn't walking through that door. Worthy isn't walking through that door. Shaq isn't walking through that door. Kobe needs crutches to walk through that door.
I think its telling how much the players think of their time with the Franchise when they are willing to go all in on a free agent pitch like what the Rockets brought to the table. The fact that Morey calls them up and right away they want to do anything to help says a lot.
I think Houston has been really lucky to have very "down to Earth" greats. Their loyalty to the franchise has been a very heartwarming experience.
I completely agree. We all know they could of showed up at the meeting for Dwight. But they dont care about him. So why if they don't care should he. Get out of that city that is using you for there lil princess Kobe can get another ring.
