There is no way LeBron is going to LA and helping Kobe win a ring that would tie Kobe with Jordan for 6 rings. That's not happening. Berger knows that, but he wants to spin it like LA will be great in 2014.

It will be. In Clipper Land.

Clearly Dwight meant he is going to Colorado Bar and Grill to check out the Houston talent.

This guy is in the basketball Hall of Fame for writing, talking to Ben DuBose, who I know is a poster on ClutchFans as well but I forgot his name on here.

    Original question tweet:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/MarkHeisler">@MarkHeisler</a> That was always my take, too. If criteria leads him to Rockets, it's quick and easy. Do you know if Friday a firm date?</p>&mdash; Ben DuBose (@BenDuBose) <a href="https://twitter.com/BenDuBose/statuses/352433642896764928">July 3, 2013</a></blockquote>

Of course "any time" can mean a range of things.

I tend to agree. I could see Lebron leaving Miami but not go help Kobe win another title. What a mark on his legacy that would be. I could actually see him going to Dallas (ugh) or back to Cleveland.

He did say that, but whether or not that was truthful is another matter. I tend to think it was less than 100% truthful; others don't.

As long as he doesn't go to The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera in Edwards, Colorado he should be okay...

If he's in Montana that's not a good look for the Rockets.

    Dwight is going to Wyoming.

Wyoming was admitted into the US in 1890.

In 1890, Dwight Eisenhower was born who then died in 1969.

The same year Dwight passed, we went to the moon.

We went to the moon on a Rocket.

... Dwight will be a Rocket.

Im actually in Colorado on vacation. We are headed to Vail today. Hope he makes it out here, cause I'm not driving all the way out to Aspen.

I'll sport my Rockets playoff shirt just in case.

LeBron wants to beat Kobe, not help Kobe get to Jordan's level.

Anyone passing on the "LeBron to LA in 2014" stuff is either willingly misrepresenting the likely truth or else is a fool.

LeBron has said he wants to be the best of all time. You don't get to that point by helping a rival climb the ladder with you.

This was my synopsis of the recent days including last night, from last night.

I am about to go to bed but quick recap of the last couple of days.

1.) Morey did an excellent job getting us to the point of pitching howard (acquiring assets, Harden, parsons, lin, asik, trading t rob) and getting the necessary cap space freed to sign him outright.

2.) Excellent Job with Pitch (bringing in all the relevant players to the table, hall of famers...etc)

3.) Warriors had a nice meeting but will need lakers participation which I am 99.9% sure Lakers won't do as far as a sign and trade is concerned.

4.) Hawks have and had no chance.

5.) Cuban was the only selling point for Dallas, they are an old team with no real peices to provide.

6.) Lakers bombed once they kept Dantoni after seasons end and even worse brought him to the meeting.

    7.) The Barber has spoken

8.) Doc Rocket has spoken (but still to a certain degree indecipherable but with a positive hints being included)

9.) Josh Smith hasn't signed which probably means there has been some definite backroom discussions of creating a superteam which will likely mean the rockets get dwight. (God Willing!)

10.) Now we wait for Cyberx, Morey and finally Dwight Howard to come out with a nice fade for Friday's Press Conference.

Rep this if you like it!
