http://hoopshype.com/agents/happy_walters.htm edit...it looks like Walters and Fegan are both with the same agency if that link is correct.
So Walters is the agent for Demarcus Cousins? Hmm. Is that the second star Morey is after? Howard and Cousins? Whoa. Eh maybe not, don't think they could fit together.
I suppose it's always within the realm of possibility, but I don't think it has anything to do with the connection you just made haha.
Happy Walters used to run Relativity Sports, notable clients include Amar'e Stoudemire, Jimmy Butler, Iman Shumpert. Teamed up with Dan Fegan a couple of months ago tho. Not sure if they share all their clients now, from Happy being in the room with Dwight (fegan's client) it appears thats the case.
If Howard doesn't sign with the Lakers, its a big slap to the franchises ego, supposedly no one leaves the team in their prime.
I see. More like they want to devote enough attention to Dwight's next deal than anything sneaky going on. Males sense.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>From what I'm told by someone privy to Dwight Howard's plans, a Friday decision will be announced without a question from Jim Gray</p>— Peter Vecsey (@PeterVecsey1) <a href="https://twitter.com/PeterVecsey1/statuses/352285306650759168">July 3, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
reading up some more apparently Fegan joined Walter's agency, Relativity Sports, and brought his clients over. Having Walters is clutch because of the rumors that Fegan and Morey dont get along. http://www.sportsagentblog.com/2012...n-to-join-happy-walters-at-relativity-sports/
The perfect PR spin for D12 to houston is him and Hakeem working together. Thectag line The Dream Their Dwightmare. Its like how Chris Webber named his foundation Time Out. Works on so many levels.
I'm quite sure if Dwight in Orlando played with a perimeter player the caliber of Shaq, say Durant or Lebron or prime-Wade, he'd have more than just a single finals appearance to show for it.
