Sure... but all that was said was how all these big wig entertainment reps, show offers, and other stuff was going to be presented to him in order to "impress" him and show him why he can't leave LA. To be honest, this is all about image for the Lakers. They don't want anybody turning them down... doesn't happen very often, and doesn't look good to them. They don't want to be broken up with. I think thats where they're drawing motivation to give him the max. If its truly a basketball decision, don't think he's a great fit in LA.
Anyone been checking out the Mav's boards? What are their fans saying? I'm actually kinda' only worried about them now for some reason.
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/KYneLGRTgy8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Yeah he's a very smart guy.
Yes, for getting Marion, Chandler, Barea, and Kidd back. No, for losing Nash, Chandler, Barea, and Terry- and also losing out on Deron Williams. Honestly, I'd much rather have Alexander, an owner who's not afraid to spend money but who also doesn't act like a pompous a** and think he's as important as the coach/players.
I have met Mark a couple of times as I once had ties to the Mavericks, so that may make me very bias. But I know for a fact that he treats his players like royalty when they play for him. He came from nothing and I can respect that. I have heard some hilarious stories about the guy(he is a big kid).Thats what has me a bit worried, because Dwight and Cuban probably understand each other in a much different way than other owners would.
La fans threw Dwight under the bus faster than Hernandez threw Lloyd out of the car. Why would he even consider going back?
If howard comes to texas, to play for the mavs...i wouldn't even be mad. That would be the stupidest **** ever. Our team is much better, much younger and will have a much better chance to take it all the way. So why in the hell is dallas even consider'd a destination and how can they sign him they haven't traded marion? ... Just doesn't make any sense, its rox or LA.

I'm trying not to be overly optimistic but I think the 2nd place Lakers dropped on my threat chart. While Kobe was talking, Nash was probably smiling, nodding and texting Dwight...please take me with you...
