Lakers presentation went something like this insert step brothers music video with Will Ferrel and John C Reiley
A not very hopeful vibe coming out of Laker Land. Either it's over for them, and they know it, or they're jackin' around with everybody. I think it's between Houston and Dallas, and in my humble opinion, Dwight's coming here. He wants to win championships, and he wants to have fun playing basketball again, and that team is right here in Houston.
The Lakers had a whole season to court Dwight and all they did was misuse him, rush him back from surgery and let Kobe berate him. Now they want to kiss and makeup. Hope Dwight isn't one of those kind of girls.
Short meeting equals listen to the presentation out of respect and then politely say I'm sorry but my mind is made up and it won't be LA. The meeting would have gone longer if it would have been celebratory. I don't believe Howard left without telling them where he's signing. Nash, MDA, etc they know where he will sign. He's coming guys and Smith as well just relaxe.

The clippers trade probably threw a monkey wrench into the Laker's pitch. Now you have the team down the street even stronger than before. They just got two starting caliber elite shooters, and a stud defensive three in Dudley. Dwight must be thinking at how this lakers team would compete.
MDA does this kind of crapola though. Man is pretty intelligent, yet seemingly immature and full of himself.

Once Dwight hears about the Clipper trade he will be like, "I ain't competing with that ****! Peace!"
