    Completely agree. I believe he's in no hurry to trade Asik and Lin but if the right deal came along then he would. I just think its foolish to say Morey is shopping these guys when the reality might be that he is fielding offers just in case. Not by his initiation but by the other teams.

    I don't think he was saying Asik for J-Smoove is false (this is the second time we've heard a trade including those two names). Judging by his context, he believes it can't be done. Yes, the Rockets can trade Asik + filler for Smith in a S&T after they sign Dwight.

    It's hard for me to believe any GM would admit to shopping one of his players on record. What if we end up keeping Asik? Remember what happened with K-Mart?
