I hope so because I believe this is the only thing that the Lakers can do to prevent D12 from leaving. Im just a little freaked out right now

Wow. But I thought they were the Lakers? Why would they have to resort to such measures when everyone wants to be a Laker?
Well, we're not talking about a very credible news organization to begin with. One which favors Hollywood, big markets, and the players everyone likes.
If only I could slap you through computers. Thats it, im pulling a DOC. Ive had enough of this crapola gif.
Stop quoting from this FAKE account. He's using a pic of Chad Evans. http://www.compete.org/about-us/staff/chad-evans/
If I was Dwight, and I already knew that I wanted to bolt LA for either of the Texas teams or Atlanta, I would have my "team" put feelers out immediately after the Lakers meeting that the LA pitch was good... but not great. None of this "The meeting went well" crap. To sidestep the blow back from leaving, I would set up the narrative that LA's pitch came up short, thereby shifting the blame to the Lakers. If Dwight can get the majority of the media and fans to point fingers at the team side instead of at him, he could emerge from this somewhat clean. And who knows? Maybe "Team Dwight" -- err... minus Fegan -- specifically set up the Lakers to fail with this whole "dog and pony" show.
Either the premise that Smith is plan B is false or they know something about Duhwhite we don't know.

Last I read he's not included in the meeting(unless something has changed). Still, leaving your HC out of discussions is not a good look, regardless of whether Howard likes him or not.
