Isn't this the first year that the marginal tax takes effect? That is another huge reason that they'd like to get Dwight or do nothing.

I would imagine there is another team out there willing to facilitate if GSW needs them to in the event that Lakers are willing to do a S&T. I am just not sure what it would take.
