    If he plays another year I think it'll be with the Spurs. All this bashing is somewhat ridiculous, when the Rockets don't have MLE.

    For the production he is still capable of giving he is worth more than the room excpt or vet min the Rockets are limited to.

    He can still contribute. Y'alls last memory of him was against tough ball pressure versus one of the league's most athletic, defensive-oriented teams in a physical series. McHale hates when the ball gets sticky, Morey likes players that attack - Manu is the best of bot worlds. I'd take him in a heartbeat at the right price. Hell he's just as likely to miss 30 games as Dunleavy.

    Plus, I love competitors man. I get off to that.

    Wow, I can't believe so many of you are saying no. If we got Manu, he would essentially fill the role played last season by Delfino and Garcia. You are seriously saying you would rather have Garcia or Delfino over a sure-fire, championship winning Hall of Fame basketball player?

    Sure, Manu struggled mightily when LeBron freaking James guarded him, and he was relied on for offense at the end of the game. But backing up Harden? It's the perfect situation for both him and the Rockets. I am 100% on board.

    Manu did not suck in the playoffs. He had plenty of good games. You are buying into media storylines that, of course, have to be manufactured.

    Manu may not be the player he once was, but he can easily fill in the Delfino/Garcia role in a pinch. The guy is still highly skilled. I'd love to have him on our bench.

    He single handedly lost Game 7 for then in the last minutes of the game. And he wasn't much better all season. No thanks. I wanna stay young- not up our avg age with a guy who's ready to be put to pasture.
