not too much... but there was info that I posted. I think you were around for. We think smith was at the dinner after his meeting with the pistons because he was in LA...this based on a DM message doc rocket sent me on twitter that I shared. Last night some reports were released that hawks want asik. So we would sign and trade for smith i guess. That we were gonna go for brewer and dunlevay. thats about it.
Not sure how new this is, but I just noticed it. Daryl Morey's twitter headline / bio / whatever you want to call it now reads:
i think its blasphemous to get rid of the ron paul meme. That meme is legendary. Plus I wanted Ron Paul to be president he was the only non puppet that was actually running for office.
Mega which page is that on? I guess I missed that part of where Smith was the secret person in the meeting...
I doubt Smith was in the meeting. Spears put out something saying he's meeting with the Rockets and Hawks today, so the Asik for Smith rumors could have some life. Not sure how I feel about that. J-Smoove has always been one of my favorite players. A PF who can run the floor and has crazy athleticism, but he has his faults. If we're looking to stretch the floor for Dwight, he's not the guy to have at the 4. Boy, would that make for a fun fast break though.
Yao Ming involved in meeting with Dwight Howard on Skype from China Yao Ming took part in the meeting with the Houston Rockets and free agent center Dwight Howard Sunday in Los Angeles on Skype from Beijing, China. "We can't miss this one," Yao said in a telephone interview with FOX 26 Sports from Beijing. "As soon as (CEO) Tad Brown and (general manager) Daryl (Morey) called me I said 'of course I would love to help.' "Dwight is a piece the Rockets require if we want to go to a championship." And Yao said precisely that to Howard. "We have a young team, a talented team, that has ability to reach championship level with you," Yao said he told Howard." And Yao wanted Howard to know that he belongs in a Rockets uniform. "I tell him Houston Rockets are a team with tradition of great centers," Yao said. Yao said he will be in Houston on July 11 and said he would like to meet Howard. Considering NBA rules will not allow any free agent signing to be officially completed until July 10, Yao's schedule could work with Howard's, if he and the Rockets reach a contract agreement. "I wish I could meet him in the next two weeks," Yao said. "I'm coming to town in two weeks." Which would be just fine with Morey, who thought the meeting with Howard went well. "Dwight is focused on winning championships," Morey said. "So are we. "It's a good fit. We're the best destination for winning next year & over time. (Dwight) had questions. I think we addressed them well."

@TommyDeeTKB: Sounds like Dwight Howard to Houston is going down... At least what these ears are hearing. @TommyDeeTKB: In fact I'm going to put it out there. Howard to Houston is happening per source. #nba Tweeted like 5 mins ago.
Haha would be funny if they have a whole presentation ending with what would be the statue of him in gold with his superman cape and he looks at them: Meh, is that the best you can do?
