Patrick Beverly too. And Greg Smith, TJones and Donuts. They are all being traded. Management doesn't like any of them.

you're wrong if you think he's untouchable.

and he does have value, it's not as if he's going to be traded for a bag of peanuts

Stop being a tool. You don't need to pretend/troll like Roxlove, creating threads in this case without the name Jeremy Lin and trying to indirectly have a go at him, based on your imaginary ideas of what is behind the mind of Les/Morey or based on your eyetest (without looking at numbers achieved over a lengthy period of time which in your opinion doesn't reflect consistency).

Just grow up. Come out of the closet. And give us something we can actually work with.

And I don't think anyone here has said Jeremy Lin cannot be traded, or you cannot find an upgrade to Lin or a better fit. IMO, Jarrett Jack works. But only because he will be cheaper and might make it easier for the Rockets to sign Josh Smith if he demands $15M/yr and Dwight makes him a priority (ie package deal). Then you look to deal Lin and Asik, because you have no choice. And I don't doubt at all Morey have put in feelers to see what he can get, in case this situation does develop.

But nobody has inferred Lin is not wanted on the Rockets, his shooting is not good enough for the role, or that they can easily find a replacement for him that's better and costs less. It had always being everybody's understanding that Asik could make way for Dwight if we didn't think twin-towers would work, and that Lin could make way for Paul (before Doc signed up with LAC), and that the two of them could be packaged for a 3rd star.

But nobody is stupid enough to actually say Morey and Les doesn't want Lin, or think that he's not good enough. Contrary, Morey has stated enough times he was 3rd in win-shares, we would not have been in the playoffs without Lin's play in the 2nd half, and on draft night stated Lin would be the starter this season, and for Les, he would be an even more reluctant seller on Lin due to the marketing side.

So all your comments, in its entirety, are your own made-up trash.

    Royce appeared on Dr. Phil

he's obviously now a celebrity with the stature and fan base of a Jeremy Lin (sarcasm)

Harden does that. He is pretty much the primary ball handler. Lin was often reduced to being a jump shooter.

Attention span is related to cognitive ability, and does impact your ability to understand, reason and argue.

Use it next time. It'll come in handy when you want to start a thread based on arguments purely out of your imagination.

Hope I made it short enough for you.

Otherwise, just count from 1 to 10, and de-stress.

I think the Rockets realized that they are overpaying for the production that Lin provides and his 38% isn't consistent enough. Too streaky and hard to count on during the playoffs let alone the regular season. Also, Lin's ability to finish around the rim is average at best, his floater and pull up are not strengths of his. Plus he stops his dribble in the paint and tries to pump fake against 7 footers.

i'd actually prefer Harden to not be so ball dominant, he was so perfect in that OKC system, he just MURDERED teams when he came in in stints to run the team--when Westbrook came out.

Harden is a play-maker for sure, i'd just prefer to have him with a competent pg who can consistently take those duties off his hands.

now with Dwight Howard in the picture, that changes everything.

Less hero ball from Harden makes me a happy camper.
