Don't have access to my computer at the moment but from what I remember, when I went through the numbers a few weeks ago, this is not enough to offer Dwight the max. I believe we are short about $1.5m. We have to move White. But don't worry if we can't move him, because we can waive and stretch to get within a few hundred thousand of the max. Look for announcements from Dallas of trades to clear cap room for Dwight (Marion). If not, you can probably rule Dallas out of the running. Will post the exact cap room needed when I can access my office computer later today.
@Highway_30: @DwightHoward GL with ur coming decision. Do what's best for you of course... #HTown is an amazing city. I'm nobody, just a fan. #RedNation
Hopefully one of the 2nd rders is for 2014 draft. Chad Ford has callext year's draft THE KING OF DRAFTS
Todorovic is a nice prospect too. He had one very impressive game during Euroleague's Final Four where he outplayed much more experienced bigs. A bit small for a center (~6'10) but quick, long, smart, rebounds, defends, sets picks, draws fouls. He won't be a star but he could be a nice bench player in a few years.
Blazers' Robinson happy to be in a new situation The Portland Trail Blazers have acquired power forward Thomas Robinson, the No. 5 pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, from the Houston Rockets in exchange for Kostas Papanikolau and Marko Todorovic, Yahoo! Sports reports. Robinson's people confirmed the deal. "I'm just glad to to get an opportunity to play," Robinson told CSNNW.com. "This is a business and Houston is a making a business move. I'm just happy to be in another situation to get an opportunity to play." "It's all about being in the right situation," he said. "Hopefully I'll be in that situation in Portland. But I'm cool right now."
